At Hebeloft we value your honest feedback and your reviews help other make the best beauty choices.

All reviews that meet our guidelines will be approved regardless of whether they are negative or positive.

All approved reviews are eligible for a SGD 2 Voucher to your Hebeloft Rewards account.

Customers can submit up to one review each product.

Duplicated reviews are not allowed.
- Hebeloft has the rights to reject any review that's not appropriate to display on hebeloft.com.
How to write a helpful review:
• Tell us your skin or hair type.
• Tell us about your concerns.
• Why you bought the product.
• Does the product do what it says?
• Would you recommend it to others?
However, reviews will not be approved if they contain:
• Swearing
• Defamatory content
• Offensive language or content
• Personal attacks on an Adore Beauty team member
• Content that endangers people and/or privacy
How to claim your SGD 2 Voucher?
• Screenshot your Reviews and provide your Account register email / Phone Number to customerservice@hebeloft.com or WhatsApp at +65 9008 1798.
• Hebeloft will send the SGD2 Voucher(s) to your Hebeloft Rewards account based on the number of approved review.
• You will be able to find the approved SGD 2 Voucher(s) under 'My Rewards' section of your account.
