Our local delivery is handled by Ta-Q-Bin, delivery outside Singapore is handled by SingPost/DHL.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

If you are not happy with your purchase, email us at or call us at (65) 6702 6972 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE and we’ll resolve the matter together.

Returns (if applicable)
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging. The order confirmation slip must be presented for any returns, exchange or refunds. Returns or refunds will be given to customers in the form of Hebeloft Gift Vouchers. Customers are also required to return any free gift(s) and samples received from the purchase.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will send you a Hebeloft Gift Vouchers which you can use for you next purchase in our showroom (71 Ubi Road 1, #06-38, Oxley BizHub Singapore  408732) or mail orders.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 71 Ubi Road 1, #06-38, Oxley BizHub Singapore  408732.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfill any of the above policy and will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
