Warnings: Propolis may cause an allergic reaction. If irritation or swelling of the mouth or throat occurs, discontinue use. Do not use if cap seal is broken. If symptoms persists, consult your healthcare professional. 

Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
